The breakfast was great affordable and excellent for every taste and the pool was great. Location: the hotel was close enough to the restaurant, and airport allowing speedy transit.

The hotel is perfect, has NICE views and magnificent location short walk to both Palma city center and Palma airport as well as a horse-shoe shaped bay that also incorporates the resorts of El Arenal. It has fairly friendly staff and good services.

The hotel is amazing, it has bright rooms and kind employees. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet. The breakfast options are excellent with all kinds of cheese and ham. The hotel is in a marvelous and ideal location, near a bus stop. The property is close to the beach.

We were looking for a reasonably priced , clean hotel, with walking distance to the beach. We got exactly that! Staff was helpful, breafast buffet was cheap and delicious. Less than 200 meter walk to the beach. Free wifi in the lobby. Excellent choice for a family on a budget!

The staff was rude, especially in the dining area. The head waiter was extremely obnoxious and did not speak to us in a friendly manner. Even when I complained to the reception, they did nothing.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially for solo travelers. It is in a prime location, directly in front of the beach, with a good transport link just outside the walk to the beach. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-furnished, bright, and airy, with decent balconies and pretty nice bathrooms. There is plenty of storage and the rooms even have three single beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. The breakfast options cater to every taste.

All in all, everything was spot on!

The staff in reception is very impolite. The treatment of the manager was awful and made as fell like rubish. I wont recomend this hotel for anyone.

Easy walk to the beach. Nice pool, bar area. Tony and Francisco of the morning breakfast staff were so nice to be greeted by each morning as well as the man fixing the eggs. Liked having the balcony off my room. And the desk person who checked me out on the last day (I think her name was Elena?) was so nice and she even gave me a ride to the airport on her way home. Would come again even though I'm not German.

This seems to be a hotel for German tourists and so there was no information at all in English. Breakfast not included in room price, was an additional 6 Euros, but was a good value for the money as there were many selections in the buffet. Cannot use credit card for bar or meals.

This hotel in Mallorca is a great place to stay for a vacation. it offers great value for money with reasonable prices. Secondly, the staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. Thirdly, the basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained, and there is plenty of storage space, which is great for longer stays. Additionally, the hotel is located in a quiet area of Playa de Palma, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere, yet it is very close to the bus stop and a restaurant in the city. The hotel also has rooms with a terrace, including those with 4 beds, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Moreover, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to cater to every taste.

Everything was more than satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The location was great, as it was very close to the beach and allowed for easy access to attractions such as the Aquarium and Caves. It was also convenient to reach from the airport, with a bus stop nearby.

There were some issues with the breakfast and dinner options, which were reported to be inadequate and unappealing.

The breakfast is affordable and EXCELLENT, includes plenty of meals.

The location to the beach is literally about a 3 minute walk and also a great location for dining and shopping.

The rooms were not at all outstanding, just somewhere to lay your head. I found this odd as the hotel surroundings is immaculate, the pool, spa, rec area, restaraunt...all great.......but the rooms were shabby.
